riple Crown Subdivision: A conveniently located subdivision in the city limits of Mt. Juliet, TN, located near Interstate I-40, exit 226. Triple Crown Subdivision offers underground utilities, city sewer, natural gas and water. Our homes range in price from the $190's - $270's. All plans include site built 4-sided brick homes, 3 and 4 bedroom plans ranging from 1,800–2,600 sq. ft. All homes are built on crawl space (no slabs). Lot sizes are 1/4 acre with cul-de-sac lots available at premium prices. Triple Crown Subdivision has a high standard of subdivision restrictions. Association fees are $10 monthly, paid yearly to Morris Property Management.
